Packaging
All Rosa Red jewellery will be delivered to you beautifully wrapped in tissue paper inside an organza gift bag, safely packaged in a padded envelope.
Gifts
If your purchase is a gift, you may select a different delivery address during checkout. If you would like to order more than one present to be sent to more than one address, please e mail, or phone us prior to placing your order and we will arrange for this to be done for you.
Delivery
We know how important it is that once ordered, your Rosa Red jewellery is delivered to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch most orders, once accepted within one working day. In the unusual event that we are experiencing an unusually high demand for an item which delays delivery, we will contact you via e mail with a revised delivery date. You will also have the option to cancel your order.
No order will take longer than 72 hours to dispatch, unless we advise you by e mail to the contrary.
UK Standard Delivery
All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Standard Delivery.
Cost: £1.45, regardless of the size of your order.
Delivery time: 1-2 days after dispatch
Late/Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us at info@rosared.co.uk. We make every effort to deliver within the times stated within the website, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late or lost delivery.
