Unwanted items
If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) you have received, then we are happy to exchange them or give you a full refund provided:
- The items that are returned have not been worn and are not damaged
- Items are returned with all the original packaging, including the organza bags(s)
- Items returned are in a re-saleable condition
- Proof of purchase and original documents are returned with the items
- Returns are made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
In the interests of hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund earrings for pierced ears.
